Feature Ideas

I would love some integration with this as it would be helpful to be able to look at my watch and see wether or not its actually good. This was a feature when ScoutIQ was purchased by Threecolts but it appears to not have been worked on in a while. Thanks everyone for the amazing 365 Suite!

Users don't have access to go back and check all their accepts and gather data on the item that was scanned. If they ever want to check to see if an item was an “Accept” they have to re-scan the item, which is time consuming and inefficient. Gathering the data points for users on their accept products is also useful for them, such as their total profits, source, sales rank, etc.

This would be an added data point for users. Being able to provide them information on where their most profitable books were purchased from can provide them valuable insight

Without being able to list products within the app directly to amazon can cause a ton of efficiencies for users. Using multiple platforms and having to manually track inventory can cause errors, time delays, and take time away from scanning more books. As a user their number one focus should be getting more profitable, and we want to aid them in doing that by cutting out time by giving them the ability to list directly to amazon from the SIQ app.

I am just learning and want to be able to "start fresh" when I am done learning so that my Analytics don't include a bunch of information that are not real scans. This feature request was made in September of 2022 via Zendesk and has been moved over by our internal team

Being able to use on multiple devices would be extremely helpful. I get a lot of books for free and lots dont have barcodes. If i could use Scout on my computer as well it would be easier to type to search instead of the tiny keyboard on my phone.

This would pertain to a subset of users (new users), but our current onboarding journey is outdated. Our UI is messy, and users are only shown 2 short videos on their portal on info about the app. After that, they are left to visit various youtube channels and join facebook groups to gather their info. We can do a better job at educating users on how to use the app, and what all the terminology and features mean. This will help retention rate.

Can you give an option for a new kind of sound that we can turn on for books/products that are over 151+ for those of us that use hand held scanners. When I am scanning with the phone I see the 151+ but with a hand held scanner it is not something I will know about. But I would really like to analysis those more that are 151+.

Would like to delete books you do not want to accept from the analytics data. If i scan a book more than once then the analytics become useless.

Product isn't currently meeting all my requirements and other UK based users. Price should be reduced until all features of ScoutIQ are available for the UK.

I am new to the app and I made a couple test on some books. It would be good to delete these tests from history.

if the book is not profitable on amazon right now it can be later ! so if i have data of all the scans i have done we can check the price or acceptance later again without wasting time so if just a log of all the scans including rejected books it will be awesome please do it for me

This idea would be useful because it would reduce the amount of time needed during the scanning process. By creating a list that can be edited after a day of scanning the user will be able to reconcile they're receipts at the end of the day. Everyone will benefit from this feature.

Allow API access to ScoutIQ to loop into to other programs we use to help with time management

got stuck a few times.. should be some pop ups that you can click on for help.. also after connecting to the Amazon account it leaves you in a loop that says reconnect or something like that.. I already did that.. makes you think you are supposed to do more.. the page should just say everything is complete unless I am missing something....
