Feature Ideas

Users don't have access to go back and check all their accepts and gather data on the item that was scanned. If they ever want to check to see if an item was an “Accept” they have to re-scan the item, which is time consuming and inefficient. Gathering the data points for users on their accept products is also useful for them, such as their total profits, source, sales rank, etc.

This would be an added data point for users. Being able to provide them information on where their most profitable books were purchased from can provide them valuable insight

Without being able to list products within the app directly to amazon can cause a ton of efficiencies for users. Using multiple platforms and having to manually track inventory can cause errors, time delays, and take time away from scanning more books. As a user their number one focus should be getting more profitable, and we want to aid them in doing that by cutting out time by giving them the ability to list directly to amazon from the SIQ app.

Can you give an option for a new kind of sound that we can turn on for books/products that are over 151+ for those of us that use hand held scanners. When I am scanning with the phone I see the 151+ but with a hand held scanner it is not something I will know about. But I would really like to analysis those more that are 151+.

Allow API access to ScoutIQ to loop into to other programs we use to help with time management

Being able to use on multiple devices would be extremely helpful. I get a lot of books for free and lots dont have barcodes. If i could use Scout on my computer as well it would be easier to type to search instead of the tiny keyboard on my phone.

This would pertain to a subset of users (new users), but our current onboarding journey is outdated. Our UI is messy, and users are only shown 2 short videos on their portal on info about the app. After that, they are left to visit various youtube channels and join facebook groups to gather their info. We can do a better job at educating users on how to use the app, and what all the terminology and features mean. This will help retention rate.

Please display average sales rank not just current sales rank. That way it helps me know what the books trend is going to be instead of switching to the graph mode keepa. thanks

I want my secondary users to be able to edit Buy Cost in real-time, even in hidden mode.

I was so excited in my education class to see the custom links like AddAll.com and Bookfinder.com, the partnerships with Sell Back Your Book and Restricted Inventory, and the link to BookScouter.com integrated into the app. However, as a UK customer none of these integrations benefit me. It would be great to see similar partnerships and integrations that worked here in the UK.

I would love to see an alert or a screen color change when I am not able to list a product on Amazon. I do not check everything before I buy so I have a few things once I get them home and ready to list on Amazon I do not have the rights to list on my Amazon account. It would nice to see an alert for that so I could either request to sell on Amazon while are the store and see that I get that right or I am not able to list and I can put the product back.

I am just learning and want to be able to "start fresh" when I am done learning so that my Analytics don't include a bunch of information that are not real scans. This feature request was made in September of 2022 via Zendesk and has been moved over by our internal team

We had a $200 book the other day that had no offers and was rejected. Thankfully we caught it, but even if this is 1% of items that is potentially thousands of dollars being lost. Ideally for our business, this feature would be available even to users in hidden mode.

This idea would be useful because it would reduce the amount of time needed during the scanning process. By creating a list that can be edited after a day of scanning the user will be able to reconcile they're receipts at the end of the day. Everyone will benefit from this feature.

I want to be able to download all my inventory so I can bulk upload to my Amazon Seller Account. I need the ASIN and the ScountIQ reccomended price.
