  1. A feature that totals up on average monthly scans, and compares it to last month.

    On the analytics page to show the average monthly scans for every account, and show if they dipped below the last month scan count it would say i.e -20% from last month -10% from last month, etc.

  2. Track source of purchased books

    This would be an added data point for users. Being able to provide them information on where their most profitable books were purchased from can provide them valuable insight

  3. Show all previously accepted items

    Users don't have access to go back and check all their accepts and gather data on the item that was scanned. If they ever want to check to see if an item was an “Accept” they have to re-scan the item, which is time consuming and inefficient. Gathering the data points for users on their accept products is also useful for them, such as their total profits, source, sales rank, etc.

  4. Listing directly on Amazon

    Without being able to list products within the app directly to amazon can cause a ton of efficiencies for users. Using multiple platforms and having to manually track inventory can cause errors, time delays, and take time away from scanning more books. As a user their number one focus should be getting more profitable, and we want to aid them in doing that by cutting out time by giving them the ability to list directly to amazon from the SIQ app.

  5. Update onboarding process

    This would pertain to a subset of users (new users), but our current onboarding journey is outdated. Our UI is messy, and users are only shown 2 short videos on their portal on info about the app. After that, they are left to visit various youtube channels and join facebook groups to gather their info. We can do a better job at educating users on how to use the app, and what all the terminology and features mean. This will help retention rate.

  6. Multiple devices

    Being able to use on multiple devices would be extremely helpful. I get a lot of books for free and lots dont have barcodes. If i could use Scout on my computer as well it would be easier to type to search instead of the tiny keyboard on my phone.

  7. Prime Button

    Can you please add a button into the calculator on that feeds to the front screen that will show information for those of us that are new and do not have the Prime Button yet. I hope to get there but currently I do not have that status. And that means that the books I sell will be at a lower price then the primes. And if there is something like this already, please do tell me. I am new and still learning ScoutIQ and Amazon. And I have to say ScoutIQ is super friendly. Amazon Prime, well not so much.. Thanks for your help, Kelly

  8. Buy List feature

    This is the next step of being able to list items directly to Amazon. Users currently have to manually track or track in a different software items they ended up purchasing. Being able to track and have that data in the app will help have all important information within the scoutIQ app.

  9. Adding customer support integration to the SIQ App

    When users face an issue or have questions to our customer support channel, they are directed to the Threecolts site and are directed away from the SIQ app and we are having our users jump through hoops to report a problem. It isn't a seamless process. In return we are seeing users go directly to facebook to get "real time" responses. We want to minimize that by making it much more easy for them to report a problem directly in the app.
